If you haven't already done so contact Pentair (1-800-831-7133) or the original installer whom the equipment was purchased and troubleshoot your issue with them, if it needs repair they will set you up work order number.

2. Schedule an Appointment

Once we have received the work order we do our best to make contact to schedule within three business days following the business day it was received.
